Seeing all the drops that are assigned to the hero/hench would piss off a lot of people, and be quite amusing when they are always rare items.

A good add to that would be to show ALL the drops H/H get when you play that day. I always wonder what my H/H peeps are getting that I'm not.

Continuing with the theme of "only lvl 20 characters are altered, the change is to the avatar, not the account and it needs to work in PvE also,

1. Level 20 characters log in to find they've grown another head
2. Level 20 characters are reskinned as a Hero of their profession (IE, Koss for warriors, Olias for Necromancers)
3. Level 20 characters are given a random Tonic appearence for the day. Nonechangeable
4. I really liked the idea of having "kick me!" signs on guild capes lol
5. All level 20 characters grow a gigantic, bright blue afro

Last year, they turned everyone in LA, Kamadan, and I think Shing Jea into stick figures. The year before, they gave every character a sex change. Never know what this year's thing will be.
